On November 17th 2017, the SCIENCE FESTIVAL was held at the Hydrobiological Station of the Nencki Institute in Mikołajki, organized jointly with the Mazurian Landscape Park. This year we have extended the educational program to archaeological workshops conducted by archaeologists from the Warsaw University (the “Terra Desolata” group). About 230 children from 7 schools in our region (Mikolajki, Giżycko, Ryn, Dabrowka, Okartowo, Nawiady and Hejdyk) took part in this event (TJ).
