TERMS OF USE LABORATORIES

Use of the laboratories requires prior notification (no later than April 30) of the request to the Head of the Station, and than obtaining the permission of the director of the Institute of Experimental Biology, Polish Academy of Sciences.

The application should include:
– name of the project,
– names and affiliations of people involved in the planned research,
– general description of the research,
– deadlines for their execution,
– the equipment and apparatus needed.

Head of the Station within 7 days will address the notification confirming the receipt and entered in a schedule to use the laboratories of the year. In case of lack of space/deadline, the declarant shall be informed immediately. After receiving confirmation of acceptance of the Agreement is signed on the use of laboratories, between the Laboratory User and the Nencki Institute, and the application of the required descriptions become the Annex to the Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Laboratory User shall bear all costs incurred in connection with the execution of the study included in the Agreement.

The principles of scientific cooperation beetwen the Nencki Institute Research Station in Mikołajki and the external users regulated by the Agreement.
