We are very sorry to inform you of the death of Janusz Kornatowski PhD who died on December 8th, 2015. He was a long time an employee of Hydrobiological Station, specialist of submerged plants ecology. In 1989 he became a mayor of Mikołajki. He was also a hunter and beekeeper, actively supporting the development of beekeeping in the Mazury. Funeral services were held on December 12 in the local church. R.I.P.
