On April 15-17, 2018, a workshop for PhD students of the Interdisciplinary Polar Studies (KNOW ISP PhD Meeting) took place at the Hydrobiological Station of the Nencki Institute PAS in Mikołajki. Meeting included lectures, field activities on water and final presentations. From the new motorboat of the Institute of Geophysics “Gavia Immer” (common loon) various devices for active acoustic research were tested, which in the future will be used for geophysical research in Spitsbergen (TJ)
