On November 22nd, 2019, the fifth edition of the Science Festival in Mikołajki – an educational event that we organize together with the Masurian Landscape Park – took place at the Research Station in Mikołajki. This year, more than 250 students from primary and secondary schools in Ełk, Giżycko, Rozogów, Kętrzyn and Mikolajki took part in classes on: life of white storks, recognition of trees, zooplankton of the Masurian lakes, seals and penguins, Antarctic microbes, archeology and … alchemy.
