The first workshops for teachers of biology took place at the Station on Saturday, January 23th. Despite of the cold weather (-14 deg. C) came to us 25 people (from Pisz, Ryn, Mrągowo, Ruciane, Woźnice and Mikołajki), for which we have prepared three lectures in the field of neurobiology and one on polar ecology. The workshop was also an initiating event in the renovated Conference Hall. Due to the  great interest we are planning to enter the workshops for teachers of biology on a regular educational events timetable, organized in cooperation with Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology.
